Jory Des Jardins is one of the three cofounders of BlogHer, Inc., along with Lisa Stone and Elisa Camahort Page. As President of Strategic Alliances, Jory leads the company’s relationships with some of the world’s largest brands, working with them to create high-impact presence within the BlogHer community, which reaches more than 100 million internet influencers via its network of 3,000 blogs and their readers.
Lisa Kinne has overseen strategic planning, creative development, brand management, and project implementation for both children’s and adult media—online, on TV, and in print. Her leadership expertise has spanned start-up, education, nonprofit, and corporate environments affording her the opportunity to successfully innovate and manage a breadth of initiatives with a diverse array of teams.
Linda Lawrence, Advisor to Kids & Art Foundation; is a successful global leader -- both for profit (Netscape/AOL, SynOptics/Bay Networks, Apple Computer, Think Technologies, Infocom ) and for the common-good (Zero1, Open Media Network, American Leadership Forum, Friends of Franklin Scholars, Computer Museum/Computer Bowls).
Dr Tanya Manyak
Dr Tanya Manyak is a family and cosmetic dentist, and has a long-established practice in downtown San Mateo. She lives in San Mateo with her husband and 3 children, and has been an active member of the community for over 15 years. She is a graduate of the UCSF School of Dentistry.
Alexandra E. Morgan is the CEO at Family House in San Francisco. She also currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Leo T. McCarthy Center for Public Service and the Common Good at USF. She has worked in many roles in the nonprofit sector in San Francisco, including the Fine Arts Museum, and the Asian Art Museum. She formerly served on the Board of Directors at Grace Cathedral, and on USF's Institute for Nonprofit Management's Advisory Board.
Apurva Shah is Chief Visual Officer at Prana Studios. He was also the Visual Effects Supervisor on Disney’s summer release, Planes: Fire & Rescue. In 2012 he founded Whamix, a disruptive authoring and legacy media conversion platform based in San Francisco. Prior to founding Whamix, Apurva Shah served as visual effects supervisor at Pixar Animation Studios.
