Art, Music, & Movement Workshop June 3

The participants of this workshop will be guided by Elena Gold through a series of art based activities that will involve: creative introduction through brief interactive games, grounding in an imagery based meditation where participants will be guided through a dreamy experience of painting with a breath, followed by movement to music, followed by painting to a very special music selection - we will paint a scene or an object inspired by the meditation.

Krytzia Dabdoub Workshop May 6

Krytzia Dabdoub creates enormous textural abstracts with earthy details. She successfully evokes the elements and integrates them into her work: sand, earth, leaves and debris can all be discovered in her paintings. Dabdoub, a new Peninsula resident, has found in Northern California a fresh source of inspiration, with its bright light, crisp colors and transparency of water and wind.

Just this weekend, Kids & Art hosted its first destination workshop of the 2017-2018 season at the Pacific Arts League!  The artists and children paired up one-on-one and kids were free to spend as much time as they pleased with any given artist.  Stations included but were not limited to wall decor, card making out of found materials, beading, clay, and printmaking.
