Purpose of role:
Plans the workshops and coordinates with the group of volunteers artists. Supports the lead artist by ensuring materials are prepared for the workshop and helps in running the workshop as well. Facilitates the workshops in a fun, creative and energetic way. This volunteer opportunity is an unpaid position that does not automatically lead to employment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support and manage volunteers
- Plan and implement workshops
- Send sign up emails to volunteers, follow-up reminder emails to volunteers
- Track the volunteers
Training:
One day, help in Fall
Time Commitment:
4 hours every three months
Length of Commitment:
Minimum of 12 months is requested but not required
Site/Location:
Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Palo Alto and UCSF (from November 2016)
